1. Information we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
A. Information You Provide Directly
Contact form submissions, name, email address, company name, and message content.
Payment information, for invoicing and billing purposes via Stripe. Wire transfer and ACH payment details are collected solely for transaction processing and are not stored beyond what is required for accounting purposes.
Project files and documents, shared by clients or their end clients for the purpose of delivering services. These are stored securely for up to 60 days after project completion and then permanently deleted.
B. Information Collected Automatically
Website analytics data, pages visited, time on site, browser type, device type, and approximate location via Google Analytics.
Heatmap and session data, via Microsoft Clarity for UX improvement purposes.
Cookies and similar tracking technologies, used for analytics and website performance only.
C. Third Party Platforms
When clients engage our services, communication and project management occur through third party platforms including Slack, ClickUp, and other tools. Information shared on these platforms is subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not control the data practices of these platforms.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
Respond to enquiries and onboard new clients.
Deliver, manage, and improve our services.
Process payments and maintain financial records.
Communicate project updates, deliverables, and service information.
Analyse website usage to improve user experience.
Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
3. Project files and client data
All project files, documents, and end client data shared with Konsistently for the purpose of service delivery are:
Stored securely on encrypted systems with restricted team access.
Used exclusively to complete the agreed scope of work.
Never shared with any third party outside of the core delivery team.
Retained for a maximum of 60 days following project completion or contract termination.
Permanently and irreversibly deleted after the 60-day retention period.
Clients requiring earlier deletion may request this in writing at hello@konsistently.com and we will action it within 7 business days.
4. Payment information
Konsistently accepts payments via Stripe, bank wire transfer, and ACH. Payment processing through Stripe is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy. For wire and ACH transactions, banking details provided are used solely for the purpose of processing the relevant payment and are handled in accordance with standard financial data security practices. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
5. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to support analytics and website performance. We use:
Google Analytics, to understand how visitors interact with our website.
Microsoft Clarity, for heatmap and session recording to improve UX.
You may disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies may affect certain website functionality. We do not use cookies for advertising or third party tracking purposes.
6. Data storage and security
We take data security seriously. Measures we have in place include:
Encrypted storage for all client files and sensitive data.
Restricted access, only team members directly involved in delivery have access to project data.
Secure communication channels for all client interactions.
Regular review and deletion of data in line with our 60-day retention policy.
While we take all reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage clients to use secure channels when sharing sensitive documents.
7. Your rights: GDPR (European users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR:
Right to access, request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Konsistently operates with a registered entity in Wyoming, USA and a production office in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Data you provide may be processed and stored in either location. For EEA and UK users, transfers outside the EEA are conducted in accordance with GDPR requirements, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
